Creating an all inclusive study concerning the Civil War, that was both free, and readily accessible has always been an intent of mine. This site, which will begin the study, is the fruition of that idea.

The goal for this website is to provide information which provides an historical view of the Civil War. We won’t be unbiased… there is no such thing when discussing history which includes views. But we will be multi-faceted, where we hopefully provide as many viewpoints as possible so that the reader can fashion their own opinions.

The Civil War wasn’t as much about the leaders who led the war, as it was about the people who fought, suffered and died for it. This site will help you to remember that.
